Oliver commenced working as a doctor in 2008 and is currently a Specialty Doctor in Anaesthetics. He has a longstanding passion for supporting and facilitating the development of others through education and training, coaching and mentoring as well as advocacy for individuals and groups within organisations.
He has cultivated an in depth understanding of the clinical, non-clinical and leadership roles within the NHS.
Experiences gained through roles including:
- SAS and Locally Employed Doctor Tutor,
- Educational Supervisor,
- Appraiser
- Medical Appraisal Lead
All of which have led Oliver to enhance his awareness of the development needs of health care professionals and possess the knowledge to advise and facilitate their progression. Oliver is currently enrolled on an ILM 7, executive level coaching and mentoring course.

Oliver is a private pilot with an interest in aerobatic flying and is training to become a flight instructor.
