Martin is an Assoc. BABCP member and is a CIPD qualified Trainer.
Martin has worked in various roles within learning & development since 2003. In that time, he has engaged on programmes covering such topics as leadership, personal development, behavioural dynamics, psychometrics, welfare and healthcare, and psychological health.
As well as the NHS/Healthcare, Martin has worked with various organisations, including: Lloyds banking group, Civil Service Learning, HMRC, Department for Education.
