Rachel is an independent Executive and Team coaching and Leadership Consultant who works closely with clients to enable effective team working and positive approaches to change. She specialises in:
➢ Supporting teams to come together to build effective ways of working and higher performance.
➢ Training for managers and leaders around influence, leading change, building positive working cultures.
➢ Training line managers as coaches
➢ Providing 1-to-1 support for leaders on change, career management, building relationships and personal resilience.
After gaining a degree in English, Rachel spent over 18 years working in Learning and Development and Organisation Development in the food industry, the NHS and in retailing, before setting up her own Consultancy in 2003. Rachel works with clients in private, public and voluntary sectors, including Airbus Group, the NHS, Sony, UK regulatory bodies, local authorities and Hitachi. She works in the UK and internationally.

• Career Coaching and transition programmes
• Myers Briggs and understanding self.
• Team leading and team development.
• Leading culture change and developing organisation strategy.
Rachel holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and is an Associate at Henley. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in team coaching, group work and in several psychometrics (Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step 1 and 2, FiroB, ORQ, Facet 5, EQi).
Rachel’s style is highly participative and engaging, and she takes a practical and pragmatic approach to the complexities of getting things done at work. She works with groups of all sizes up to 100 and is a skilled and thoughtful facilitator/trainer around all issues around team, leadershipand change.
