After gaining a degree in Social Science from Nottingham University Jo spent over 15 years working in HR in corporate environments before setting up her own HR Consultancy in 2002
One of her areas of expertise is in developing managers / leaders in core HR skills such as recruitment/selection techniques & effectively navigating difficult situations such as absence management, disciplinary and capability issues.
Another key area of focus is promoting diversity and equality in the workplace where she develops and deliver programmes both in the private and public sectors around unconscious bias, equality at work and supporting diversity in the workplace.
