Hannah has specialised in learning and development programmes, with a focus on leadership and management development for over 20 years. She has significant experience in learning needs analysis, training design and delivery, talent development interventions and evaluations. She has worked with blue-chip clients, education and not-for-profit providers, and England’s largest provider of care and housing for older people.
Hannah is committed to improving performance through leadership and management development interventions, helping organisations of all sizes to increase employee engagement, attract and develop a talented workforce and inspire the leaders of the future.
